All settings on medium, reflections off, anisotropic filtering on 2x, subsurface scattering on medium, Render res at 0.6 on battery 15 w performance mode. 0.9 render res if plugged in with 30w manual fan curve. For additional performance, turn off volumetric fog. Anti-Aliasing is FSR2, not SMAA. On the small screen, you can’t tell the difference between these and high settings.
